The rates listed below represent the maximum rates permitted under the TSSEA. Actual charges may vary depending on the service provided, vehicle type, towing distance, recovery requirements, equipment needed, storage requirements, or other circumstances specific to the call.

Recovery Service Information
Recovery service involves the use of specialized tow trucks, extraction devices, winches, equipment, and skilled personnel required to relocate or reposition a vehicle to prepare it for towing.
Billing time starts at dispatch and ends when the job is complete, including stand-by time, but does not include the basic towing service.

Storage Information
Vehicle storage rates are based upon a daily rate. Charges for the first day are prorated hourly, with each following day charged at the full daily rate.
An after-hours access fee applies for any access or release required outside normal compound operating hours.
